Shooting + Footwork Academy Baltimore - Fall 2018  Lacrosse

Summary: Our training philosophy is simple: world-class instruction from world-class defenders. The waters of lacrosse instruction are murky, and we want to help you navigate. Does that mean we only work with elite players? No. But it does mean that - regardless of skill level - players are going to receive the best defensive instruction in the world.

Shooting + Footwork Academy: A training series for the transition defenseman.  Sessions will focus on shooting, stick-work, footwork, and other drills that will improve players transition game.  Now with the shot-clock rule these skills will be paramount for all defenseman moving forward.  Note: this session will be hosted by Kyle Hartzell.

Where: Boys Latin High School, 822 West Lake Ave, Baltimore, MD 21210 Note: This event will be held on the upper field.

When: Friday, November 23rd - 11:00AM-12:30PM

Who: Session will be segmented by age-group, with high-school and middle-school groups competing separately. This will ensure an appropriate matching of skill. Players should have at least one year of playing experience, just so there is a foundation to build upon. Shooting+Footwork sessions are designed to help players of all skill levels improve, so don't worry about skill gaps or potential inexperience. We all share the common goal of improvement - regardless of our skill level today.
