Tampa Bay - Summer 2018  Lacrosse

D-Days:  One-day intensive defensive training sessions developed and delivered by world-class defenders Kyle Hartzell and Tucker Durkin. Expect 90 minutes of hands-on defensive training covering fundamentals, stick work, stance, footwork, checks, shooting, and more. This event will be hosted by Tucker Durkin (see bio on homepage for credentials).

Where: Naimoli Stadium at the University of Tampa - 401 W Kennedy Blvd, Tampa, FL 33606

When: Monday, June 18th - 1:00PM - 2:30PM (Small Group 2:30PM - 3:30PM)

Who: Session will be segmented by age-group, with high-school and middle-school groups competing separately. This will ensure an appropriate matching of skill. Players should have at least one year of playing experience, just so there is a foundation to build upon. D-Day training sessions are designed to help players of all skill levels improve, so don't worry about skill gaps or potential inexperience. We all share the common goal of improvement - regardless of our skill level today.

Small Group Training: 1-hour of small group training to take place after each D-Day event. Small group training provides an opportunity for additional personalized instruction to ensure players maximize growth and potential. Each small group training will include individual critique and feedback areas for improvement.

Questions: Email hello@defensiveacademy.com with any questions. We understand you have options with lacrosse training, and we want you to be comfortable with whichever route you choose - especially ours.
